XXI. century adaptation of the story of Ludas Matyi written by Mihály Fazekas. Matyi takes tree-times revenge on Lord Döbrögi, who stole his geese and cudgelled him.

Matyi’s way to take his revenge leads through extremely colourful scenes and exciting and adventurous music. Many well-know themes from Ferenc Liszt ’s Hungarian Rhapsody appears in the composition.

The list of musicians is also unique. On the first place we have to mention the Ferenc Liszt Chamber Orchestra, they form the basis of the symphonic parts of the composition.

The brass: Miklós Mákó, Ferenc Magyar (trumpet), Gábor Skerlecz (pozan), Sándor Endrődi(french horn). Vocal: Adrien Fehér, Andrea Jónás, Gábor Bot, Gabi Berkes and László Domahidi. Guitar: Zoltán Sipeki, folk violin solist: Tamás Gombai. Flutes, keyboards and computer programs: Imre Czomba.

The performance takes 2 hours.
